    • One-on-one virtual or in-person assessment (depending on your location) and evaluation of injury with Dr. Kreiswirth. 

    • The Black Belt Sports Medicine Virtual Appointment Package Includes:

    • One 50-Minute Evaluation with Dr. Kreiswirth. 

    • Recorded progressive treatment plan. 

    • 180.00/hr.  Value includes assessment, movement assessment, pain provocation, treatment options, and one month rehabilitation concepts.
